She has a BA from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH, and earned a 3-year Master of Acupuncture Degree and Certification in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture (AFEA) located in Gainesville, FL.

Pauline is nationally certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Certification involves passing a 2-day exam, graduation from an accredited institution & Clean Needle Technique Certification (CNT). She is also a Licensed Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida. Currently, there is no professional licensing for Acupuncture in Kansas.

Her professional affiliation is with the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM).

Pauline is certifi ed in the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) protocol. Clinical experience was done at the well-known drug addiction treatment center affi liated with Lincoln Memorial Hospital in the Bronx.
