It’s only been 5 ½ months since my first appointment with Pauline and Five Element Acupuncture, but I can honestly say that she’s completely changed my life.  

I came to her with my life in total disarray.  I felt fractured, unfocused and totally out of touch with myself. I had been having severe menopausal symptoms since January of 2007 and here it was April 2008.  I was at the lowest point in my life and my spirit was desperately crying out for help.  Thank God, He led me to Pauline simply by having me look in the Yellow Pages!

On my first visit, I kept telling Pauline that “I am not myself, this is not me, I don’t know who I am”.  Pauline knew immediately what to do after talking with me for just a short time.  And she has known ever since what kind of acupuncture treatment and Chinese Herbs I have needed and now, after 5 ½ months, I can honestly and joyfully say that “I am myself again!”  And that’s huge for me.  She has literally given me back my life.   

My mood has lifted, the extreme irritability is gone, I feel I have a purpose again, my energy is back, I'm getting out of the house and doing things, my spirit is calm, my mind is focused and clear, my heart is joyful and my ankles are slender again !!  The list could go on and on, trust me.

I can never thank Pauline enough for what she has done (and continues to do), and I truly and honestly believe that every single person on this planet could benefit from Pauline and what she has to offer through Five Element Acupuncture.  I am living proof !!
